ConnectAgent Privacy Policy
Connect Agent Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we”, “us” or “connectagent.dev”) provides a data analytics pipeline to allow you to manage marketing campaigns and other business processes(the “Solution”). connectagent.dev respects your right to privacy. Your ability to make informed choices about the uses of your information is important to us. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and store information and data that we receive. This Privacy Policy also details our mutual confidentiality obligations to the extent you use the Solution. If you have any comments or questions about our Privacy Policy, please contact us at [email protected].
We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer (such as survey information and/or site registrations). In addition, through the Solution, we may have access to your data regarding your advertising and marketing campaigns.
Our advertising partners provide us with non-personal, statistical reports regarding the effectiveness of an ad. These reports do not contain any personal information about those who interacted with the ad. The information that we do receive is generated from ‘clicks’ and/or impressions on our ads and enables us to best provide our customers with effective targeting and feedback.
We will not share your data with any third party without your explicit permission, except when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order or as otherwise expressly set forth herein. We may use such data internally – for example, to provide the Solution, billing, identification, authentication, contact, research, to help diagnose problems with our servers, and to make the Application more useful for you and for our other customers.
By analyzing all the information we receive, we may compile statistical information across a variety of users (“Statistical Information”). Statistical Information helps understand trends and customer needs so that new services can be considered and so the Applications and associated services can be tailored to customer desires.
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
Email address
First name and last name
Phone number
Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City
Cookies and Usage Data
Username, account IDs, and passwords for third-party data sources
We may also collect any third-party Personal Information from any data sources provided by you as, but not limited to, your customers' email, first name and last name, phone number, and address.
connectagent.dev (including our vendors, suppliers and partners) shall have a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use aggregated and/or anonymous data in connection with our and our vendor’s, supplier’s, and partner’s business operations including, without limitation, combining such data with other similar data from you and other users.
connectagent.dev uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run connectagent.dev .
We encrypt all the Anonymous and Personal Information stored in our Databases, Data warehouses, and all other types of data storages.
We process personal data based on our and our client’s legitimate interest to monitor the browsing behavior of web users for marketing purposes (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), except for the personal data of our clients’ employees, which is processed to provide the Solution and based on statutory retention requirements.
We store your data (1) if we need the data to carry out a contract at most as long as the contractual relationship with you or statutory retention periods are running, and (2) if we use the data on the basis of a legitimate interest at most as long as your interest in deletion or anonymization does not prevail.
To determine the appropriate retention period for Personal Data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the Personal Data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your Personal Data, the purposes for which we process your Personal Data, and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or other requirements.
Notwithstanding the above, by law, we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial, and Transaction Data) for ten years after they cease being customers for tax purposes. In some circumstances, you can ask us to delete your data (see Your legal rights below for further information) or we will anonymize your Personal Data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Only those of our employees, who on behalf of their work are entitled to process customer data, are entitled to use the system containing personal data. Each user has a personal username and password to the system. The data is collected into databases that are protected by firewalls, passwords, and other technical measures. The databases and their backup copies are in locked premises and can be accessed only by certain pre-designated persons.
We will make any legally required disclosures of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your unencrypted electronically stored Personal Information to you via email or conspicuous posting on our Site in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, consistent with the legitimate needs of law enforcement or any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system, and any other disclosures that may be required under applicable law.
We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or behavior of any user suspected to have engaged in illegal behavior. We may use subcontractors that are located in countries other than your own, and send them information we receive. For example, we may send your information to any country outside the United States, Canada, or the European Union. All our subcontractors will be subject to non-disclosure and non-use obligations. Nevertheless, some countries may have levels of protection of personal and other information that are not as high as in your country of residence or business.
We may transfer our databases containing information if we sell our business or any part of it.
In some cases, there is a transfer of data to third countries outside the European Union. This is done on the basis of statutory provisions that are intended to ensure an adequate level of protection for personal data.

If you do not want your information to be transferred outside the EEA you should not use our website, applications, or services.
